Size of Project
450 acres (200 + 250)
Date of Completion
July 2026
Address
Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
The NaMoAI Campus is a 1–3 GW AI & Advanced Energy development in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida/Greater Noida), created to power frontier‑scale AI workloads with sovereign‑grade security. The program is backed by an MoU executed on 19 February 2026 with the Government of Uttar Pradesh and targets Phase I 1 GW capacity by July 2026.
The dual‑node, 450‑acre cluster integrates 220/400 kV substations, behind‑the‑meter gas with renewables and SMR‑ready design, dual‑route fiber engineered for sub‑5 ms latency, and 1–5 MGD water with closed‑loop recycling. At full buildout, the program represents ~$7.7B of investment with significant job creation and a phased delivery model that energizes 100–200 MW blocks early to reduce time‑to‑GPU.
